What is the right pack for me?

When you can’t decide on what is right for you, don’t panic. All of our packages are of the highest quality and contain supplements for a month. Take the free health quiz to help you decide. How long do you need to take a pack?

We believe in an holistic approach, where lifestyle, supplements and movement all aid to a better you. You can switch between packs, depending on the stage in your life. 

Can I take more packs at once?

You can combine all of our packs at the same time. 

Can I get personal advice on which pack I need?

Of course. We are here to help you decide. Ask for a health consult and we will give you personal advice.

Can I use your packs when I'm on prescription medication?

We advice that you check with your doctor before taking any new supplements if you're using any prescription medication.

Which pack can I take while pregnant or breastfeeding?

A number of our packs contain adoptogens which are not advised taking while pregnant or breastfeeding. Our Happy and Destress Pack are suitable to use while pregnant or breastfeeding. But we would advise checking with your doctor before using any supplements. 

Are your packs free of gluten and lactose?

Yes, all our packs are free of gluten and lactose.

Are your packs vegan?

For now only our Sleep Pack is completely vegan. We are working on more vegan options for the future.

My urine is very yellow, is this normal?

Yes it is and it is harmless. The almost neon color yellow is due to riboflavin (a member of the vitamin B family), this is a water-soluble vitamin. 

Are the prices including VAT?

Yes, all prices are including VAT.

SUPPLEMENTS

What do I do if I miss a dose?

Missing a dose is not a disaster. Don’t double up on your next dose, simply continue taking the recommended dosage. 

Why do I need to take my supplements daily?

Failing to take the effective dosage may decrease the full benefits of the products. 

SUBSCRIPTION

How do the subscriptions work?

With our subscriptions you will receive your health package monthly without having to do anything to re-order. And you will save more than 15% compared to a single health pack! When you sign-up, you're committed for a minimum of three months and after that period your subscription will auto-renew on a monthly basis. The first month you will receive the welcome kit, from the second month on you will receive our biodegradable pouches through your mailbox.

What does the welcome kit contain?

Our welcome kit contains two iconic refillable glass jars, two biodegradable refill packages filled with our science based supplements with a supply for one month and a booklet with research about the ingrediënts we have used. Each component of our refill system is designed to protect your product and be gentler on our earth. 

I received my welcome kit, how do I get my monthly refills?

When subscribing you will automatically get monthly refill pouches through your mailbox. With the refill pouches you can fill up your glass jars. By using our refill system we reduce our carbon footprint and plastic waste. 

Are the refill bags sustainable?

Yes, the pouches and the labels are recycled and sustainable.

I lost or broke my glass jar, what do I do now?

That's unfortunate, but we are here to help. Just send us an email at info@newmedicine.nl and we'll sort it out.

Am I able to switch between packs?

Yes, as long as we are notified 10 days before we send your packs. Send a mail to info@newmedicine.nl and we will change your subscription. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in your personal account. Go to subscription and press the cancel button. Do this at least 10 days before your next recurring order date, otherwise the cancellation will be for the month after. We would love it if you could inform us of the reason for your cancellation, please send us a mail to info@newmedicine.nl

Am I able to purchase a pack without the violet glass bottle?

This high-quality packaging offers optimal protection from light degradation, hence preserving the freshness of the delicate content which makes up your product. It is for this reason your initial purchase always includes the violet bottle. 

Can I purchase a pack without a subscription?

Yes, by opting for the buy once purchase at the pack page. You will receive the welcome kit of your chosen pack containing a supplement amount for 1 month. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What is your delivery time?

We strive to send your order within 1-3 business days. We will notify you when your order has been sent, look out for a confirmation email from our shipping partner.

When will I receive the refill of my subscription pack?

The refill pouches of a subscription will be sent every month on the same date. So if your welcome kit was sent on January 10th, your first refill pouches will be sent on February 10th, then on March 10th, etc. This way you will always have your monthly supply of your subscribed health pack before the previous one is finished. 

Can I track my order?

When you buy a health pack once or with your first order of a subscription, we will send you an email with a tracking link from the shipping provider. This link can be used on the shipping partner's website to locate your order. 

The refill pouches will be send without a tracking link, the pouches fit through your mailbox. 

How much does shipping costs?

All subscription orders are shipped free of charge.

For one time orders over €120 shipping costs are free of charge.

For one time orders of €120 or less shipping costs are €6,75. 

How will you ship my order?

Within the Benelux we ship your order with PostNL or DHL.

How does your return policy work?

You can notify us of a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your health pack. Send an email to info@newmedcine.nl. We will provide you with the shipping address. The products must not be opened or used for us to be able to take them back.
